To participate in the Pre-Conference Workshop, all workshop participants must have separately registered for the Pre-Conference Workshop.

Conference fee includes light breakfast and lunch each day as well as opening and closing receptions.
In order to be included in the daily lunch and the receptions, all participants and accompanying persons must have registered in advance.
